Our Cancellation Policy
Cancelation Policy
At time of confirmation of booking we require a 25% deposit. The balance will be due 60 days before the trip.
If you cancel more than 120 days prior to the beginning of the tour we will refund the full deposit amount.
Between 120 and 60 days prior we will keep the 25% deposit.
Less than 60 days prior we will keep the 25% and charge you the remainder of the amount owing.
We encourage all of our customers to obtain insurance before they book.
